I am Moya, the owner and founder of, The Naked Orchid, it started as a Tiktok channel where I can share my knowledge and experience about growing orchids.  It has grown and evolved, and lead to the creation of this shop to help South African orchid enthusiasts find everything they need to care for and grow their orchid collection.

The name originated from me wanting to share the naked truth about growing orchids and to dispel a few myths along the way.  Since the start of The Naked Orchid Tiktok channel we have added a Facebook group to make it easy for you to post pictures and ask questions about your orchids.  I have involved a group of experts from around the world to be a part of the group, also called The Naked Orchid.  We have now also added a Youtube channel with the same name, but the Tiktok channel is the primary source of weekly content and lives.
